DOING BUSINESS IN MAZOVIA – THE BUSINESS HEART OF POLAND

The Agency for Development of Mazovia is organizing a conference entitled „Doing business in Mazovia – the business heart of Poland”. The event will take place on Thursday, March 1st  2007 at the Novotel Warsaw Centrum hotel in Poland. A Mazovia - field trip is planned for foreign investors and diplomats for the following day (Friday, March 2nd 2007).

„Doing business in Mazovia – the business heart of Poland” conference aims to:

• Present chosen aspects of Polish law and market to potential investors,
• Show Mazovia’s potential to absorb foreign investments,
• Create a possibility to make new contacts for economic cooperation between potential investors,Polish & foreign companies and Mazovian local authorities,
• To inform about success stories and case-studies of foreign investors already functioning in the Mazovian voivodship,
• Start a debate on Mazovia’s readiness to service foreign investors.

The conference is targeting companies and individuals pondering starting trade or production relationships with Polish partners, to the individuals wanting to start their own company in Mazovia and to those already functioning on the Polish market. From the other side the project is addressed to local authorities, which support the investment process. Representatives of the Diplomatic Corpse in Poland are also invited to the event.
