The Kamienna Gora Special Economic Zone

The Kamienna Gora Special Economic Zone for Small Business is located in south-western part of Poland, within the boundaries of Dolnoslaskie Voivodeship, Wroclaw. The regional capital, with a population of 700,000, is a major economic, scientific and cultural centre. The Zone is located close to the national borders with Germany and the Czech Republic, in the vicinity of the A-4 and A-3 motorways. Air links are provided through the airport in Wroclaw, Prague (Czech Republic) and Dresden (Germany). A well-developed railroad transport network ensures accessibility of the Zone areas.
The Zone is dispersed in character. It consists of six subzones, with a total area of 143,23 ha.
The Zone is administered by Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Małej Przedsiębiorczości S.A., its registered seat in Kamienna Góra.
Diversity of the areas, the well-developed communication networks and access to all necessary infrastructure provide good conditions for choosing sites for investment projects. (source PAIiIZ)
