The Katowice Special Economic Zone Co. (KSEZ)

The Katowice Special Economic Zone Co. (KSEZ) was established in 1996 in order to assist and accelerate the restructuring processes as well as create jobs in the Katowice region. The zone has been established for a period of 20 years (until 8 August 2016) and is managed by Katowicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna S.A. (the Katowice Special Economic Zone Co.) with its head office in Katowice. The Katowice Special Economic Zone is spread over a wide area and consists of four subzones.
The Zone occupies a total of 1,118 ha within 30 different sites, so that investors are able to choose the most suitable location.
Currently there are 461 ha available for investors in the Zone.
