The Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone

Europe, in the direct proximity of Germany and the Czech Republic, brings about numerous favorable transport connections for both people and commodities.

Efficient transport is ensured by international roads E30 (A2), E65 (A3) and E28, as well as railway line Paris-Berlin-Warsaw-Moscow.

Location of the Zone by the Odra and Warta rivers facilitates access to seaports in Szczecin and Swinoujscie, and river ports in Berlin and Hamburg. Investors also have at their disposal passenger and commodity airports in Babimost, Goleniów or Berlin. The Zone manages real estate located in two voivodeships - Lubuskie and Zachodniopomorskie, which is a significant stimulus for the economic development of these regions.

The Kostrzyn-Slubice SEZ consists of 8 subzones with a total area of roughly 542 ha.
