The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone

The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN offers attractive conditions for investment projects in different industrial fields to potential domestic and foreign investors. It was established in 1997 for the period of 20 years. It is a dispersed zone, located in 6 sub-zones with individual investment areas.

During the 6 years of the TSEZ`s existence Industrial Development Agency (ARP) has granted 104 licenses to conduct business activity, 61 entrepreneurs have already started their investment projects. 18 factories have been built on „green fields”, 20 factories operate based on totally modernised objects. Investors have created almost 8,200 jobs and 353 ha have been utilized.

One of the region' s main attributes is its location at a road and rail communication junction. TSEZ Euro-Park Wislosan has full technical infrastructure and it is located near the planned A4 motorway.
Distances to some EU internal and external borders:
Tarnobrzeg-Chyzne - 240 km, Tarnobrzeg-Medyka - 175 km, Tarnobrzeg-Zgorzelec - 580 km.

At the moment TSEZ offers 400 ha of available „green field” land prepared for potential investors, several dozen-production halls with an area of 500 m² to 40,000 m².

TSEZ offers investors public aid in the form of tax exemptions covering even up to 65% of total investment outlays. TSEZ regulations are in full compliance with the EU regulations and the Zone offers prices, which are the lowest in Poland and still available for further negotiations.

Nearest airports: Rzeszow, Kraków, Radom, wide-gauge railway in immediate vicinity (sulphur-ore transportation line), close to the planned Rzeszow-Warszawa express route.
